Servica Oy is an in-house company that provides catering, cleaning, equipment maintenance, facility management and logistics services for its owners. Servica has 32 owners and the main owners are the City of Kuopio and the Wellbeing Services County of North Savo, with whom it conducts most of its operations.
We at Servica number about 1,800, we provide services at over 100 locations and maintain more than 300 buildings and facilities. Half of us work in the area of the Wellbeing services county of North Savo. Our headquarters is located in Haapaniemi, Saaristokatu 7, 70620 Kuopio.
We began service provision on 1 January 2012 in the Joint Municipal Authority for Maintenance Services in Eastern Finland, whose operations were transferred to Servica Oy on 1 January 2019.
