We have wide experience of taking over and providing support services in municipal centres of varying sizes. A multidisciplinary approach and recognising different client needs are key to providing services smoothly.
We are currently responsible for municipal support services in localities that have merged with the City of Kuopio (Karttula, Vehmersalmi, Maaninka, Nilsiä and, since the beginning of 2017, Juankoski). When taking over the services of a municipality or municipal centre, we always plan the transfer carefully. The transfer of service provision is implemented in close collaboration with clients operating in the municipal centre and the support service employees transferring to Servica from the municipality. In this way, the changes can be carried through smoothly ensuring that service provision continues seamlessly thoughout the transition.
Municipal support services are provided at healthcare sites, offices, day care centres and schools. It is often the case, for example, that the municipal central kitchen operates at a healthcare site, from where food is delivered to schools and day care centres. In this way, resources are used efficiently.
Our cheerful service attitude and professional approach to the work ensure the high standard of the support services provided. The transfer of support services is carried out in close collaboration with the client.
